Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For return packages valued at over or close to $50, we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the whereabouts of your package. Emmories Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages until we have received them.

Damages and Issues
